<h4 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h4>



<ul class="wp-block-list"><li>Check card amendment request form (Credit Limit Adjustment, Block Card and Release Card, etc.)</li><li>Process Active/Suspend/Revoke/Close Card follow customer call request</li><li>Monitor card activities and authorization (ATM &amp; VISA card)</li><li>Follow up reject transaction, suspicious and high risk relevant transaction (MOTO/ Ecommerce/Recurring Payment)</li><li>Support Cardholder troubleshooting</li><li>Prompt response to internal and external customers’ enquiries over the phone.</li><li>Solve customer complaint and problem or refer them to appropriate department for solution.</li><li>Do/Telephone marketing relate to Deposit and Loan Product</li></ul>



<h4 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Minimum Requirements:</strong></h4>



<ul class="wp-block-list"><li>University degree in Finance and Banking or equivalent professional qualifications</li><li>Fresh graduated or work experience in related field with financial institutes (Priority)</li><li>Creative, dynamic, flexible, self-direct and self-motivated team player</li><li>Excellent communication &amp; interpersonal skills</li><li>Good command of English, other foreign languages (Chinese or Korean) is a plus</li><li>Computer literacy</li></ul>
