Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and facilitate cash movement from branches to branches/NBC/Offsite ATMs (in Phnom Penh)
• Assist and manage ATM issues tracking/handling and complaint resolution
• Other tasks will be assigned by Line Manager

Minimum Requirements:

• University degree in Finance and Banking or equivalent professional qualifications
• At least 1 year work experience in related field with financial institutes (Priority)
• Creative, dynamic, flexible, self-direct and self-motivated team player
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Good command of English and other foreign languages (Chinese or Korean) is a plus
• Computer literacy
