Main Duties

• Assist to implement and administer anti-money laundering and countering financing of terrorism(AML/CFT) policies and procedures
• Assist in the compliance function of the trust-related business
• Conduct Client Due Diligence for onboarding of new clients, including screening client through World-Check and another on-line search
• Facilities, and verification of client KYC documents
• Perform client risk profile to assign an AML risk rating to structures and undertake periodic review of files based on clients AML risk rating
• Assist organize meetings with business heads with regards to compliance matters, including risk management
• Assist with compilation of data and preparation of reports for submission to Compliance Manager
• Carry out compliance monitoring program to ensure that the business is conducted in accordance with Group AML/CFT policies and procedures
• Assist to Complete AML questionnaire for correspondent banks, RMA banks, Vostro and Nostro Account, and other local banks
• Oversee FATCA / CRS registration and reporting
• Participate in projects to give Compliance perspective
• Maintain Register of High-Risk Clients, and monitor the transactions of such clients
• Deliver and track AML training to all staff
• Keep Senior Management up to date with new developments in the regulatory environment
• Ad hoc duties/projects as assigned by senior management

Job Requirements

•  BA/Master in law, finance, ACCA, business administration or related field
• 3 to 5 years related work experience within the financial services industry
• Experience in AML/CFT regulations would be an advantage
• Good written and oral communication skills in English and Mandarin
• Self-motivated and meticulous attention to details
• Team player with a high degree of professional integrity, and a can-do attitude

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Manager in developing/revising policies/guidelines/processes mentioned in summary roles and submit to the senior manager for the review and approval
• Follow up and monitor the progresses of actions taken responding to the result of identified deficiencies/recommendations and submit the reports to the senior manager for review and approval
• Conduct on-site independent testing/inspection related to the summary roles and submit report to the senior manager for review and approval
• Perform and monitor regular/ad-hoc tasks related to the summary roles and prepare/review the reports and submit to the (senior) manager for the review and approval
• Prepare/update training materials and propose for the trainings schedule/plan to the senior manager for the review and approval; where applicable
• Prepare, review and update the quarterly performance report against annual compliance management plan and/or other related planning and submit to the senior manager for the review and approval
• Assist (senior) manager in preparing/revising the annual compliance management plan

Minimum Requirements:

• University degree in law, auditing or equivalent professional qualifications
• At least 2 years of working experience in related field; risk management is a plus.
• Khmer and English communication in verbal and writing; Korean is plus.

• Review the loss event submitted by branch and department, identify the weakness of the control, and further discuss with the assistant manager for the recommendation
• Review the monthly Key Risk Indicator (“KRI”) submitted by involved department, monitor the current risk status, and further discuss with the assistant manager for action to be taken.
• Facilitate/work with business units in conducting risk controls self-assessment “RCSA”
• Assist assistant manager collecting necessary information for developing relevant operational risk guidelines
• Assist in ad hoc administrative tasks assigned by assistant manager and manager

Minimum Requirements:

• University degree in Law, finance & banking, Accounting, or equivalent
• At least 2 years of working experience in Compliance with Bank, law firm, or MFI is preferred
• Planning and organizational skills
• Self-motivated with an appetite to learn
• High proficiency spoken and written of English

A Compliance Officer is responsible implement AML/CFT framework, policies and procedures approved by the bank. S/he will perform transaction monitoring or risk profiling or screening or risk assessment and escalated potential suspicious transaction or specific risk to line manager for further action.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform transaction monitoring through either manual and automated system.
• Monitor alert of high risk customer and conduct enhanced due diligence and profile reviews.
• Perform verification on sanction list and watchlist screening result.
• Build up case and submit report of PEP for senior management approval.
• Build up case of fraud and compliance and resolve the case by working closely with other units including local authorities.
• Participate in system testing including enhancement of transaction monitoring parameters and watchlist calibration activities.
• Provide training to line of business such as induction, refresher and specialized courses.
• Produce necessary report both for internal and regulatory requirements.
• Other ad hoc tasks will be assigned as needed.

Skills and Specifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance & Banking, Law, or other related fields.
• Fresh graduates, or 1 year experience in financial sector. Background with AML/CFT function is a plus.
• Good analytical skill, logical thinking, research and decision making.
• Computer literate, in particular MS-Office application.
• Good communication and written in Khmer and English. France will be a plus.
• Good interpersonal communication skill and team work.
• Honest, flexibility and smart working.
