• Design leading storage and cloud products to meet customer’s business requirements
• Demonstrate a broad knowledge of products relating to latest cloud platforms.
• Produce technical proposal documentation to articulate the business and technical benefits of the solutions being proposed.
• Produce accurate bills of materials to support the technical designs including hardware, software and licensing.
• Produce (in conjunction with Project Management) Scope of Work documentation and Resource Schedules for each design and project.
• Apply technical knowledge and customer insights to create a modern cloud product roadmap and design solutions to meet business and IT needs, ensuring technical viability of new projects and successful deployments, orchestrating key resources, and infusing key infrastructure technologies
• Have a good relationship with key customers, cloud service providers and internal (Ezecom) stakeholders.
• Be a Cloud Service Platform evangelist with customers, partners, and external communities.
• Maintain and advance deep technical skills and knowledge, keeping up to date with Cloud Service Technology and the relating digital eras.
• Ensure to complete any required product certification required to be compliant by partners
• Conduct end-to-end project implementations for customers with the support of Pre-Sales and IT support
• Conduct extensive product trainings for customers
• Conduct regular in-house training sessions for sales and marketing teams for new cloud products and for existing products.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or Engineering or equivalent
• M365, Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure Certifications.
• Knowledge of Modern Workplace technology platforms and services including Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft 365 (Office 365, Power platforms, Windows 10 and Enterprise Mobility + Security)
• Familiar with a variety of private, hybrid or public cloud technologies Such as Azure, AWS, VCF, Oracle cloud, Google cloud, OpenStack, etc… including XaaS
• Deep understanding of Cloud Computing Technologies, business drivers and emerging computing trends.
• Basic understanding of virtualization infrastructure such as Microsoft Hyper-V, VMware, VCF would be an advantage
• Good Presentation skills with an ability to equally talk/ present to an engineer as well as a CXO and still get appropriate messages across
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Experience in managing multiple project timelines simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical assessment, and technical literacy
