<h4 class="wp-block-heading">Job Requirement:</h4>



<p>&#8211; At least Bachelor’s degree, Master, or higher in Finance, Accounting, CPA/ACCA students or members is given advantage&nbsp;</p>



<p>&#8211; Good command of English and Knowledge of Cambodia taxation laws and Accounting software (SAP Accounting System is preferred)</p>



<p>&#8211; At least 5 Years experiences of managing staff with real estate is preferable</p>



<p>&#8211; Good command of quickbooks, knowledge of Cambodia accounting standards (CIFRS is advantage)</p>



<p>&#8211; Good at communication skills in English for writing, reading, and speaking</p>



<p>&#8211; Be honest, loyal, reliable, flexible, innovative, fast learner, and hardworking</p>



<p>&#8211; Experience with Ms. Office Word and Excel</p>



<p>&#8211; Strong leadership, highly motivation, and problem-solving skills.</p>

<p>This role is directly reported to Head, FI &amp; Corporate Banking Department, the Manager of Corporate Deposit Office will perform the following duties:</p>



<h4 class="wp-block-heading">Main Duties</h4>



<ul class="wp-block-list"><li>Lead Corporate Deposit office to reach annual target, with sustainable growth for the long run, through implementing effective client retention and new client acquisition strategy.</li><li>Servicing corporate customers and top depositors based on Product Policies and procedures of the Foreign Trade Bank of Cambodia.</li><li>Build good relationship with potential customers, management and staffs, and public entities at all levels to ensure that the bank’s corporate business operation going smoothly and having strong supportive from them.</li><li>Ensure that cross-selling activities, such as loan referral, transfer, and other banking product, is widely implemented during processes.</li><li>Enhance key differentiation and value proposition of the bank’s corporate deposit collection and VIP transactions to ensure customers excellence banking experience.</li><li>Evaluate quality of corporate officer(s) and work closely with HR to ensure that they are well-trained and having appropriate experience in sales technique, lobbying skills, and business communication.</li><li>Participate in developing Corporate Deposit policy, procedures/guidelines and promotion scheme to ensure that the deposit collection activity is effective in accordance with the approved policy and complies with applicable laws and regulations.</li><li>Perform other related duties as assigned.</li></ul>



<h4 class="wp-block-heading">Job Requirements</h4>



<ul class="wp-block-list"><li>Bachelor’s Degree or MBA in Management, Finance and Banking, or related field.</li><li>At least 5-year experience in related areas.</li><li>Good team member and leader with ability to build up rapport with departments and business units across the bank.</li><li>Result-oriented personality with motives to drive and achieve defined targets.</li><li>A strong desire to work in a team and deal with challenge.</li><li>Good organizational skill, time management, and team building.</li><li>High initiative, commitment, good communication and problem solving skills.</li></ul>

<ul class="wp-block-list"><li><strong>Responsibilities</strong></li><li>Develop and enhance digital banking system policies, user manual and standard operating procedure for the departments</li><li>Manage all digital banking system incidents report are developed properly and provide the report to the head of the department to review</li><li>Conduct switching over exercise between DC and DR at least twice a year</li><li>Review and maintain all change request documents (system change request, user change request and user acceptance</li><li>Develop and maintain user access control matrixes of the CMS and IB/MB system as well as other digital related system</li><li>Review on the document of changes mentioned above in every three months</li><li>Conduct periodic review on the user access roles in every three months</li><li>Implement system hardening as per advised by Information security team with proper testing before moving to production</li><li>Manage the daily, weekly and monthly backup of CMS, IB/MB systems and other digital related systems to make sure the backup is well done</li><li>Perform monthly data restoration testing with proper reports</li><li>Ensure PCI compliance as well as internal and external audit</li><li>Other tasks assigned by line manager</li></ul>



<ul class="wp-block-list"><li><strong>Qualifications</strong></li><li>Bachelor/ Master’s degree in Information Technology, Information Security, Cyber security, and other related degrees</li><li>At least 4 years of working experience related to Information Security, IT auditing or IT Quality Assurance</li><li>Knowledge and experienced with security regulations and standards including NIST, SANS, PCI, ISO/IEC, CIS, IT policy development and gap analysis, quality inspection, auditing, testing and implementation of corrective action programs</li><li>Detail oriented skill and customer service orientation skill</li><li>Good at English and Microsoft Office (Words, Excel and PowerPoint)</li></ul>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Key Responsibilities</h3>



<ul class="wp-block-list"><li>Develops segment plans with stakeholders to size up market opportunities</li><li>Identifies new business prospective</li><li>Demonstrates and initiates end-to-end segment projects</li><li>Provides operational oversight and leads team to drive new customer acquisitions</li><li>Supports Marketing team to drive programs and events</li><li>Leverages the various sales channels to deliver QGA</li><li>Communicates and ensures all reports analysis are timely presented to SMT</li><li>Conducts regular meeting with cross-function team</li><li>Ensures business development activities and reports are accuracy input in database</li><li>Attends networking events and workshops to build relationship with customers</li><li>Performs other tasks as assigned by management</li></ul>

<ul class="wp-block-list"><li>MBA or Degree in Business Management, Marketing or related fields</li><li>At least 3 years experienced in business development or marketing</li><li>Knowledge in telecommunication industry</li><li>Strong understanding in sales planning and project management</li><li>Strong negotiation skill</li><li>English proficiency, Mandarin is a plus</li><li>Computer and Digital literacy</li><li>Innovative, dynamic, and self-motivated</li></ul>

<p><strong>Job responsibilities</strong></p>



<ul class="wp-block-list"><li>To manage and control execution of day to day activity in the regions.</li><li>To arrange resource and dispatch team for network troubleshooting, expansion and network reshuffle.</li><li>To oversee field operation daily to ensure network is running with defined KPI.</li><li>To manage day to day activity of network operation regarding to Radio station and power system.</li><li>To define plan work and control execution of plan work to ensure it is finished in defined time.</li><li>To Resource utilization and team assignment in effective way</li><li>To provide support to contractor regarding to network implementation and troubleshooting</li><li>To Complete all other activities assigned by head of operation as per business required.</li><li>To work with vendors for escalation and follow-up equipment repairing, trouble ticket and others issue related to radio system and power system.</li><li>To do cost management including traveling and other O&amp;M expense in remote regions</li><li>To manage spare part for O&amp;M of BSS, Transmission and PS to ensure available for troubleshooting case.</li></ul>



<p><strong>Job requirements</strong></p>



<ul class="wp-block-list"><li>Bachelor degree in Telecom, IT or related degree</li><li>Resource management and coordination with other departments, vendors and sub-contractors</li><li>Knowledge about Radio station, Power system and DG generator</li><li>Good communication among colleagues, and team building spirit</li><li>Communicable English both read and write</li><li>Able to travel to provinces if required by management</li><li>At least 3 experiences in Telecom operation</li><li>Experiences in people management and plan work</li><li>Knowledge in Radio Station and power system product Huawei, Eltek, and Emerson.</li></ul>

<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><br> Review, analyze and examine loan decision making in accordance with Sathapana bank&#8217;s policy<br>and procedure to ensure the quality of both credit and loan disbursement against all type of risk<br> Monitor the settlement of loans repayments and analyze the credit reports including clients’<br>collateral with individual Relationship Management Assistant by ensuring the accurate credit<br>quality reporting<br> Lead the RMA team in reviewing, analyzing, and making the decision on the amount of clients’<br>loan attached with asset to ensure the effectiveness of loan disbursement that not adversely<br>affect the communities<br> Oversee and managing branch performance on credit loan by strengthening an individual credit<br>agent’s productivity and support all challenges RMAs and RMOs face at the real practice<br> Participate, observe, and study the credit loan market in the operational areas by analyzing the<br>strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and constraints of branch&#8217;s operations to ensure the<br>effective leading of promoting activities of Sathapana Bank’s services and products<br> Assist branch manager in distributing information both internally and externally to Relationship<br>Management Assistants and Officers through meetings<br> Support branch manager by observing, planning and coaching the poor performers at branch to<br>ensure the employees’ capacity development</p>



<p><strong>Qualifications</strong><br> Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Management, and other related degrees<br> At least 3 years of working experience in banking industry related to credit loan management<br> Knowledge of industry rules, regulations, and good at results driven attitude<br> Good at management skills, outstanding organization, strong customer service, written and oral<br>communication skills<br> Good at English and Microsoft Office (Words, Excel and PowerPoint)</p>
