Ensure strict and correct translation of the drawing; work with vendors and subcontractor ensure the construction progresses as planned with efficient use of construction material and retain high construction quality

What you will do:

• Work with the design team to fully understand the architect drawing and production drawing
• Give correct technical guideline for sub-contractors and venders
• Ensure strict and correct translation of drawings by the sub-contractors and vendors including building dimension and material specifications
• Advise the subcontractors and vender on key material installation methods
• Supervise sub-contractors’ work to ensure the construction progresses as planned with efficient use of construction material and retain high construction quality
• Coordinate venders’ work to ensure smooth site work progress and ensure that no one team’s work is held up by other teams
• Supervise the subcontractors’ and vender’s work to ensure order and safety at the construction site

What you should have:

• BA in Architecture or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience
• Knowledge on finishing Method Statement
• Some knowledge of retail building construction is advantage
• Attention to detail
• Strong sense of accuracy
• Strong communication skill
• Good teamwork
