  • Lead team and acquire new customers and key deals with assigned segments
  • Monitor daily report of Sales and solve the challenges raised from customers/sales
  • Deliver and exceed the agreed financial target
  • Maintain high retention rate of SME Customer – Customer relationship
  • Be eyes of the bank for market sentiment
  • Initiate or contribute to the new product development for the market

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in accounting, sales & marketing, economics or other related files
  • At least 3-5 years’ experience in sales or account management
  • Business strategies and implementation
  • External customer prospecting and acquiring
  • Internal processes and relationships
  • Good Communication, customer relationship
  • Computer Literate and Microsoft office
