• Check all material slips with SAP system report.
• Compare material levels with SAP records.
• Create materials receipt (GR)
• Create materials issue for usage at the site.
• Submit inventory or material document to relate department
• Control material BOQ before create materials issue to site
• Physical Count Inventory.
• Block Stock for Damaged goods and/or inadequate quality.
• Prepare reports of inventory balance.
• Clarified material return with the site and system.
• Manage materials management inside the warehouse.
• Understand and enforce the safety policy and regulations.
• Maintain stock records using manual/computerized systems.
• Prepare reports on adjustments to inventories, spoilt or damaged stock and changes in stock location.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Senior Officer and/or Supervisor.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, or related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in inventory management and/or warehouse management or a related area.
• knowledge of Inventory management
• Knowledge of warehouse management
• Knowledge of accounting
• Microsoft Offices
• Written communication, and report-writing skills in English and Khmer
• Ability to think creatively and innovatively
• Ability to work under pressure
