<h5 class="wp-block-heading">Job responsibilities</h5>



<p>Network Rollout Engineer (Site Acquisition) is to lead and manage all related acquisition tasks with a high negotiation skill to persuade developer in agreement, able to expand necessary network footprint into existing or new development areas to improve Smart’s top notch users’ experiences.</p>



<ul class="wp-block-list"><li>Acquire new development of both mobile and fix network footprint inside the existing or new development area &#8211; not limited to Residential Building, Condo, etc.</li><li>Liaise with internal and external teams for all relevant contracts and/or MoU reviewal, finalization and sign-off.</li><li>Monitor the progress of forecast development plan of each developers and right time come up proposed technical solutions.</li><li>Perform / attend a regular meeting with all developers to monitor progress of their development to align with new built sites rollout.</li><li>To provide and manage 24/7 operations including emergency call-out and non-office hour support.</li></ul>



<h5 class="wp-block-heading">Job requirements</h5>



<ul class="wp-block-list"><li>Bachelor’s degree in IT or Telecom, Sale &amp; Marketing skill are a surplus.</li><li>3+ years working experience in the telecommunications field familiar with Wireless Network, Transmission include Fiber Rollout (IP / IT / 3G / 4G / 5G )</li><li>2+ years working experiences as site acquisition in telecom rollout</li></ul>

<p>Job Description • Administration and coordination for all compliance training in DKSH Cambodia as assigned by superior<br>• Gather and prepare relevant information to assist in spot check activities and reviews where risk and compliance policies, procedures and processes are not observed<br>• Support Compliance risk assessment activities in DKSH Cambodia as assigned by superior<br>• Support superior in organizing and coordinating compliance spot check and activities review in the country<br>• Support third party risk assessment, screening and due diligence in DKSH Cambodia as assigned by superior<br>• Follow up and coordinating of implementation status with all stakeholders based on the predefined scope of the year on Conflict of Interest (COI) declaration in DKSH Cambodia</p>

<p>Job Description</p>



<ul class="wp-block-list"><li>Coordinate and execute on overall fridge management</li><li>Receive the request of fridge movement from sale team in each region and arrange the process&nbsp;</li><li>Coordinate with warehouse and delivery a team to deliver and place the fridge at the outlet</li><li>Daily update in the fridge management system (SAP) about fridge movement placing</li><li>Coordinate with Regional sale manager/regional sale executive or salesmen for conducting 3 months verification of fridge assets</li><li>Coordinate with procurement, finance and legal team to on the ground investigation of fridge assets lost</li><li>Receive complain from salesmen or we-smile team (call center) about fridge has broken then arrange supplier or inter technician to repair</li><li>Coordinate with sale team and distributors to check and process for product incentive delivery to the outlet</li><li>Update monthly/quarterly report of fridge repair, fridge movement, fridge lost, fridge incentive delivery to CDE manager</li><li>Participate to provide the future strategy for fridge management&nbsp;</li><li>Other tasks will be assigned by Executive/Manager</li></ul>



<p>Job Requirement</p>



<ul class="wp-block-list"><li>Bachelor’s degree in general management or a related field. Master’s degree is preferred</li><li>At least 1- 2 years of experience in cooler equipment delivery and/or management, or a related area</li><li>Knowledge of fridge delivery management</li></ul>



<ul class="wp-block-list"><li>Microsoft officer (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email)</li><li>Able to the presentation, written communication, and report-writing skills in English and Khmer</li><li>Able for traveling to&nbsp; the province during the mission</li><li>Strong commitment to work under pressure</li></ul>

<p>S/he is responsible for the processing of handling disputes, reversal transaction, investigation of fact findings to align legal and regulatory requirements as well as internal rules which is applied for general dispute in frontline operations. The Dispute Resolution Specialist will work closely with customers (sender/depositor and receiver) and other personnel at all levels to resolve disputes within committed timeframe.</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Job Description</h3>



<ul class="wp-block-list"><li>Receiving disputes from customers via Contact Center, Branch, NBC and/or other interactive channels.</li><li>Conciliating disputes between service providers and consumers to help them find resolutions.</li><li>Managing and allocating the dispute(s) to right &amp; dedicated teams (sections).</li><li>Identifying key issues arising from a dispute, and gathering and analyzing relevant information.</li><li>Undertaking formal investigations.</li><li>Using bank system and knowledge, actively investigate customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.</li><li>Following up with internal relevant teams.</li><li>Contacting customers to inform them about the dispute resolution cycle, and asking for information and supporting documents.</li><li>Reporting immediately on any urgent case(s) which is required to be fixed to comply with bank operation and policy and fulfill customers’ needs.</li><li>Ensuring that all disputes are received and acknowledged by the complaint owner and keep complainant (complaint raiser) the progress of resolution.</li><li>Highly securing the customer’s confidentiality.</li><li>Preparing reports and other assigned tasks.</li></ul>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Skill and Requirement</h3>

<p><strong>Location:</strong><br> Head Office (01 Position)<br></p>



<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><br> Handle on the current switching system as well as the integrated system, Cambodia Shared<br>Switch (CSS) … etc.<br> Setup, maintenance any required system environment SIT, UAT, PRE-PROD, etc.<br> Ensure the system is updated as per the changes released by the card schemes<br> Ensure the backup environment (DR) and the production environment (DC) having the same<br>configuration, setting, parameterizing and real-time synchronization<br> Assist in switching over exercise between DC and DR at least twice a year<br> Maintain and keep the Edit Package system as well as Visa Testing System (VTS) up-to-date<br> Ensure the acquiring BIN table is up to date as per released by the card scheme companies like<br>Visa, MasterCard, Union Pay, JCB … etc.<br> Conduct on Card Management System (CMS), ensure the users and roles are well managed<br>and performed user access review in every three months<br> Ensure credit card statements are generated and sent to the card holders on time<br> Manage system logs and keep in a safe location for internal/external purpose<br> Assist in new card scheme projects implementation (MasterCard, Union Pay, JCB … etc.) and<br>any other third-party integration project<br> Initiate new technology functionalities on top of the current existing functionalities on the ATM<br>machines and POS terminals to ensure that Sathapana bank is a leading technology bank<br> Provide second-level support to the call center or the business team<br> Perform troubleshooting as required such as efforts to lead problem-solving by involving outside<br>vendors and other support users<br> Ensure PCI compliance as well as internal and external audit</p>



<p><br><strong>Qualifications</strong><br> Bachelor/Master Degree in Information Technology, Information Security, Cyber security, and<br>qualification on project implementation is a plus<br> At least 3 years of experience related to Card Management System and Switching System and<br>system projects implementation<br> Knowledge and experience in database management, Ms. SQL server and Oracle<br> Strong knowledge in programming languages, Vb.NET, Java, C#, PHP, etc.<br> Good English communication skills on both verbal and written<br> Be proactive and good team work and customer service orientation skill<br></p>

<p><strong>Organizational Setting</strong></p>



<p>FAO Representation in Cambodia is launching the implementation of the project &#8216;Strengthening capacity in the agricultural and land use sectors for enhanced transparency in implementation and monitoring of Cambodia&#8217;s Nationally Determined Contribution (NDC)&#8217; funded by the Capacity-Building Initiative for Transparency (CBIT) of Global Environment Facility. The objective of the project is that, Cambodia is preparing reports to the UNFCCC under the Paris Agreement&#8217;s Enhanced Transparency Framework (ETF) with strengthened agriculture and land use components, including inventories of emission sources and sinks, and information to track progress against priority actions identified in Cambodia&#8217;s NDC for these sectors. To support the implementation, a Technical Specialist on Agriculture Forestry and Other Land Uses (AFOLU) is recruited to work for both the Ministry of Agriculture Forestry and Fisheries (MAFF) and the Ministry of Environment (MoE) particularly on the Climate Change Mitigation. The position is hereunder called AFULO Technical Specialist (Climate Change Mitigation).</p>



<p><strong>Reporting Lines</strong></p>



<p>AFULO Technical Specialist (Climate Change Mitigation) will report to the Head of Operations</p>



<p><strong>Technical Focus</strong></p>



<ul class="wp-block-list"><li>National ETF monitoring and reporting for agriculture, land-use and other relevant sectors; including UNFCCC ETF reporting requirements and Climate Change mitigation Monitoring, Reporting and Verification (MRV).</li><li>Capacity building with government agencies</li><li>Multi-department coordination strengthening</li></ul>



<p><strong>Tasks and responsibilities</strong></p>



<ul class="wp-block-list"><li>Liaise with key implementing partners including, but not limited to, MAFF and MOE, and strengthen capacities in particular on monitoring and reporting of mitigation initiatives in line with the guidance under the ETF framework</li><li>Provide direct technical support through project activities with MAFF and MOE, where necessary coordinate the technical inputs through the support of in-house or additionally recruited consultants</li><li>Under the technical guidance of the ETF/MRV International Specialist and LTO, conduct a technical gap assessment on the data and capacity gaps of project implementing partners to meet the ETF requirements for the AFOLU sectors</li><li>Assist to fill identified data and capacity gaps of government counterparts, such as working closely with MAFF and MOE to compile inventories by emissions sources and sinks and information on mitigation activities from AFOLU sectors, and by providing support to the development of improved Activity Data (AD) and Emission Factors (EF)</li><li>In coordination with the TWG-CCAFF, provide technical inputs/advice to collect data and information for the AFOLU sectors from sub-national and national authorities to incorporate into reporting in line with ETF</li><li>Provide guidance to the TWG-CCAFF and relevant line ministries in the development of data sharing MOUs and data system infrastructure</li><li>Assist/liaise to document best practices on ETF reporting processes, information gathering, system infrastructure, methodologies in the AFOLU sectors, and assist in disseminating to relevant priority sectors</li><li>Oversee the LOA implementation, and monitoring, and support organization of trainings</li><li>Oversee the LOA implementation, and monitoring, and support organization of trainings</li><li>Contribute to periodical and ad-hoc reports required under the project and other relevant task required by the project</li><li>As required, support tasks related to strengthening capacity of national stakeholders to review and update the NDC and comply with requirements of the ETF and associated modalities, procedures and guidance</li></ul>
