<p><strong>Job Responsibilities and Duties:</strong></p>



<ul class="wp-block-list"><li>Day-to-day operation, administration and maintenance of BS/OS systems</li><li>Provide front line support to users creating BSS tickets</li><li>Resolve tier one BSS/ OSS application cases</li><li>Coordinate with other IT and Technical teams on Tier 2 &amp; 3 case resolution</li><li>Support end user BSS/ OSS application training material development and delivery</li><li>Provide end user training and execute business system information sharing and training sessions.</li><li>Provide monthly case reporting to management.</li><li>Support Network Operation Centre on 24/7standby basis to conduct system fault investigation, resolution and the necessary escalation</li><li>Perform system tuning, health check, alarm check, and verification checks to ensure optimal system performance and continuous uptime</li><li>Prepare and implement SOPs so as to ensure efficient fault management</li></ul>



<p><strong>Job Requirements and Qualifications:</strong></p>



<ul class="wp-block-list"><li>1+ years of experience in a similar capacity. Experience in ISP/ Telco</li><li>Diploma/ Certificate in computer science/ IT</li><li>Knowledge in ISP related systems troubleshooting</li><li>Maintains honest and open relationships with end users.</li><li>Completes tasks effectively and efficiently, strives to complete tasks within users’ needs.</li><li>Able to problem solve to resolve end users challenges and/or project requirements.</li><li>Self-learner and starter, eager to learn new application features and functionalities.</li></ul>

<p>Location: Head Office-Phnom Penh <br>Report to: Unit Manager of LCD for Collection Support <br>Deadline: 15-July-2020</p>



<p>Duties and Responsibilities:</p>



<ul class="wp-block-list"><li>Prepare monthly collection plan for each individual collector or respective individual branches.  </li><li>Prepare daily and monthly performance report of each individual collector or respective branches as standardize.  </li><li>Prepare monthly performance incentive reports for management approval on time manner.    </li><li>Prepare &amp; manage the quarterly write off proposal process from respective branches till the end process.  </li><li>Manage monitor &amp; report on restructuring loan process once new booking and reclassification requirements following to the policy and Prakas.       </li><li>Process and manage the waive request from respective branches in properly way.     </li><li>Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor. </li></ul>



<p>Qualifications:</p>



<ul class="wp-block-list"><li>Bachelor degree in the field of Management, Marketing, Finance &amp; Banking, Economics and other related skill.</li><li>Able to communicate and relationship in English.</li><li>Able to use Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint…)   </li><li>Basic experience in managerial planning and reporting.  </li><li>Basic analytical, organization and interpersonal skills.     </li><li>Experience in working with high targets and tight deadlines. </li><li>Knowledge of relevant requirements such as credit &amp; finance.</li></ul>

<p>This role is responsible in monitoring and maintenance computer systems and network. He also handles for installing and configuration of computer systems, diagnose hardware/software faults and solve technical and applications problems. Moreover, he also handles for checking and reconnecting ATM booth power and connectivity, monitoring and maintenance.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Location</h3>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Duties and Responsibilities</h3>



<ul class="wp-block-list"><li>Prepare and maintain IT operation, application and IT planning.</li><li>Managing corporate IT infrastructure includes VPN connectivity, Router, Switch and LAN maintenance, virus protection, phone system, power management, and camera security.</li><li>Perform minor repairs to hardware, software and equipment.</li><li>Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation to investigate and resolve problems and to provide technical assistance and support.</li><li>Develop training materials and procedures, and/or train user in the proper use of hardware and software.</li><li>ATM &amp; POS terminal installation and maintenance.</li><li>ATM cash loading.</li><li>Provide POS terminal training.</li><li>Support other POS &amp; ATM related task as required by Terminal Team.</li></ul>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Skills and Specifications</h3>



<ul class="wp-block-list"><li>Bachelor degree in IT, networking or related fields.</li><li>At least 2 years working experience in managing operation of IT operation, maintenance and database.</li><li>Knowledge of Windows operation under CISCO, VB 6.0 or VB.NET, MS Access, MS SQL Server, Phone System.</li><li>Have experienced with MFI or Bank would be advantage.</li><li>Ability to understand banking procedures, regulation and business.</li><li>Good command of Khmer and English.</li><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills.</li></ul>
