<p>Bright Victory Mekong Petroleum Import-Export Co., Ltd (BVM) is a petroleum importer operating in Cambodia since 2008 by providing quality gasoil and gasoline nationwide. We are looking for the Accounting Officer who will be based in Head Office to support and grow our business. It is expected to be filled as soon as possible.&nbsp;</p>



<h5 class="wp-block-heading">KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</h5>



<p>Check the accuracy of invoices and match with the purchase order.</p>



<p>Input the date entry to respective code in the system.</p>



<p>Prepare the payment request including reimbursement, cash advance, cash deposit, invoice due and so on.</p>



<p>Keep track of all the payment and expenditure by ensuring all invoices are received for outstanding credit and scheduling a timely payment to vendor and staff.</p>



<p>Withdraw pay cheque at bank and contact vendor for the payment.</p>



<p>Post all cash payment in the system and reconcile that to the bank and cash balance.</p>



<p>Perform daily cash count and make the reconciliation.</p>



<p>Check daily posting for Driver Mission.</p>



<p>Maintain historical record in regard to filing documents both on server and folder.</p>



<h5 class="wp-block-heading">REQUIREMENT</h5>



<p>Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or related skills</p>



<p>At least 02 years of working experience in accounting, finance or related fields</p>



<p>Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills</p>



<p>Good teamwork and problem-solving skill</p>



<p>Attention to details and work determined</p>



<p>Be honest and trustworthy</p>



<p>Ability to use the accounting software is preferable</p>



<p>Computer literature (MS Office, Outlook, internet and E-mail)</p>



<p>Good written and verbal communication skills in both Khmer and English</p>

<p>This job contributes to the Company success by assisting the IT Manager to maintain and enhance the company operation systems covering the office and all stores in Cambodia.&nbsp; Models and acts in accordance with the group’s guiding principles.</p>



<p><strong>Role and responsibility:</strong><br>Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:</p>



<ul class="wp-block-list"><li>Setup data backup &amp; restoration test planning to make sure for disaster recovery capability of IT system and ERP server farm.</li><li>Setup preventive maintenance plan for IT system and ERP server farm.</li><li>Preventive maintenance and administer on core IT system and ERP server farm, plus monitor ERP server health and performance.</li><li>Perform monthly basis for ERP database re-index and provide recommendation on ERP server farm enhancement if needed.</li><li>Implement, coordinate and support on new infrastructure enhancement project.</li><li>Primary contact on infrastructure system for vendor and facilitate system enhancement/requirement with local/oversea vendor.</li><li>Provide system support to core users/vendor on IT Infrastructure.</li><li>Troubleshoot functionality on IT system with proper guideline and documentation record.</li><li>Coordinate between business owner and vendor on infrastructure enhancement project.</li><li>Facilitate on resource planning, scope of work defining and budgeting for infrastructure development milestone.</li><li>Provide training on new deployment of using IT infrastructure system.</li><li>Facilitate in end user policy revision on using IT infrastructure.</li><li>Manage documentation on any changing of IT infrastructure in proper manner for each specific revised version.</li><li>Prepare IT infrastructure diagram and maintain it with each specific updated version.</li></ul>

<p>&#8211; At least 5 Years experiences of managing staff with real estate is preferable</p>

<p><strong>Key responsibilities:</strong></p>



<ul class="wp-block-list"><li>Act as the main contact person for our top vendors, identify and attack problem areas and build a strong loyalty between foodpanda and Shop’s owner.</li><li>Negotiate deals, exclusivity, implement branding to improve foodpanda’s visibility and develop their online takeaway orders.</li><li>Collaborate with different departments to improve vendor’s performance and solve problems.</li><li>Offer new services, premium access, renegotiate commission to support revenue stream</li><li>Be accountable for personal targets being achieved in timely manners.</li><li>Maintain strong business relationships between foodpanda &amp; vendors.</li></ul>



<p><strong>Requirement:</strong></p>

<ul class="wp-block-list"><li>Completed Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and Banking</li><li>At least 3 years experiences of accounting or finance field</li><li>Strong understanding of computer skills (Ms. Word, Excel, and Power Point)</li><li>Be able to perform multi-task and prioritize workload within time frame</li><li>Good analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Good teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills</li><li>Honest, patient, initiative, and able to work with less supervision</li><li>Pleasant personality, self-motivation, and creative&nbsp;</li></ul>



<h4 class="wp-block-heading">Job Description</h4>



<ul class="wp-block-list"><li>Review and monitor on Prepaid and Sales Invoices</li><li>Review and monitor on Credit Customer, Accounting Receivable and Collection</li><li>Review and monitor on Inventory</li><li>Review and monitor on Property Plant and Equipment (PPE)</li><li>Monitor to ensure accounting record is comply with CIFRS for SME</li><li>Assist in prepare and monitor in financial closing process</li><li>Assist in prepare group reporting</li><li>Provide appropriate training/mentoring to subordinate</li><li>Support in draft accounting policy/SOP</li><li>Work with Internal/External Auditors to ensure effective auditing process</li><li>Other jobs as per assigned by Manager/GM&nbsp;</li></ul>
