• Design leading storage and cloud products to meet customer’s business requirements
• Demonstrate a broad knowledge of products relating to latest cloud platforms.
• Produce technical proposal documentation to articulate the business and technical benefits of the solutions being proposed.
• Produce accurate bills of materials to support the technical designs including hardware, software and licensing.
• Produce (in conjunction with Project Management) Scope of Work documentation and Resource Schedules for each design and project.
• Apply technical knowledge and customer insights to create a modern cloud product roadmap and design solutions to meet business and IT needs, ensuring technical viability of new projects and successful deployments, orchestrating key resources, and infusing key infrastructure technologies
• Have a good relationship with key customers, cloud service providers and internal (Ezecom) stakeholders.
• Be a Cloud Service Platform evangelist with customers, partners, and external communities.
• Maintain and advance deep technical skills and knowledge, keeping up to date with Cloud Service Technology and the relating digital eras.
• Ensure to complete any required product certification required to be compliant by partners
• Conduct end-to-end project implementations for customers with the support of Pre-Sales and IT support
• Conduct extensive product trainings for customers
• Conduct regular in-house training sessions for sales and marketing teams for new cloud products and for existing products.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or Engineering or equivalent
• M365, Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure Certifications.
• Knowledge of Modern Workplace technology platforms and services including Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft 365 (Office 365, Power platforms, Windows 10 and Enterprise Mobility + Security)
• Familiar with a variety of private, hybrid or public cloud technologies Such as Azure, AWS, VCF, Oracle cloud, Google cloud, OpenStack, etc… including XaaS
• Deep understanding of Cloud Computing Technologies, business drivers and emerging computing trends.
• Basic understanding of virtualization infrastructure such as Microsoft Hyper-V, VMware, VCF would be an advantage
• Good Presentation skills with an ability to equally talk/ present to an engineer as well as a CXO and still get appropriate messages across
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Experience in managing multiple project timelines simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical assessment, and technical literacy

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Create a well-informed cloud strategy for the Ezecom operation 
• Regularly evaluate cloud applications, hardware, and software. 
• Develop and organize cloud systems. 
• Work closely with the development team to monitor the applications’ security posture 
• Respond to technical issues in a professional and timely manner. 
• Offer guidance in infrastructure movement techniques including bulk application transfers into the cloud. 
• Identify the top cloud architecture solutions to successfully meet the strategic needs of the company and potential customers. 
• Interface with development teams and infrastructure teams to drive issue resolution. 
• Work with the product development team to identify and qualify business opportunities, design solutions, identify key customer technical objections and develop the strategy to resolve technical blockers. 
• Own the technical relationship with cloud customers, including managing product and solution briefings, responding to RFPs, proof-of-concept work, and the coordination of additional technical resources. 

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

• Experience serving in the capacity of a solutions engineer in a cloud computing environment or equivalent experience in a customer-facing role  
• Experience with SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS technologies and Enterprise-grade solutions Cloud industry knowledge.  
• Experience with scoping and designing Cloud Management Platform solutions and integrations such as identity and billing integrations 
• Experience presenting and delivering technical sales pitches. 
• Design of end-to-end cloud architectures and design of applications and infrastructure and models for large applications to ensure they are cloud ready and cloud native 
• Hands on experience working with Cloud technologies, services and cloud migration in AWS or Azure 
• Experience with Containerized Technologies like Docker/ Kubernetes 
• Proven ability to assess and recommend architectures, technologies, and vendors, with an understanding of multiple options for architectures 
• Experienced and technically proficient with: Python, Ansible, Terraform, Java/C#/Node Js 
• Experience with SQL and No-SQL Databases 
• Ability to quickly learn, understand, and work with new emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the cloud/IT technology space. 
• A great communicator and collaborator in both technical and non-technical contexts
