• Prepare tax policy, procedure, and make sure that it is practical and compliance with Tax authority department
• Should be updated with all tax charges and levies, and provide recommendation to the relevant finance team
• Prepare monthly and yearly tax declaration
• Prepare and update tax provision schedules
• Update the company sales tax database as tax rates and other changes
• Coordinates with various taxation authorities, government officer, and audit firms
• Negotiate with tax authorities and government officer over tax payment issues
• Research the basis for tax positions to be taken
• Advise management regarding the tax impact of corporate strategies
• Advise management on the impact of new laws on tax liabilities
• Coordinate outsourced tax preparation and advisory work
• Identify tax savings in prospective acquisition scenarios
• Coordinating with government/regulatory body with regards to monthly and yearly reports
• Other tasks assigned by the immediate superior/FD and CEO/Chairman
• Manage and facilitate all types of tax audit (Desk audit, limited audit, & comprehensive audit)
• Conduct training on all tax related matters

Job Requirement

• Bachelor Degree or Master degree in Accounting and Finance, ACCA is a plus
• 3+years of progressive experience of a large corporation in the field of Taxation
• Certificate of Tax Agent
• Diploma of Cambodia Taxation
• Experience in dealing with Tax authorities and government officers
• Experience in audit firm is an asset
• Excellent understanding of Cambodian tax law and dealing with complex finance situation
• Ability to manage payroll list and Project lists
• Strong skills in negotiating, relationship building, problem solving, and timely problem escalation

• Assurance to provide good customer services

• Close collection report on a daily basis and reconcile the actual cash vs. system
• Deposit cash collection to the bank
• Update field trip information and send out to respective department
• Prepare term report and submit to income supervisor
• Collect bank statement
• Prepare study tour report and sport to send out to academic.
• Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
• Ensure all the works are properly implemented according to company’ policy and procedure

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Degree in Banking and Finance, Accounting or Business
• Min 1 years of progressively responsible experience in Accounting field
• Being able to use various accounting software such as Sun System, Quickbook, Peachtree etc.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Flexibility and willing to learn and cope with pressure
• Honesty, excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong commitment to duties and having an internal focus of control.
