Translate information from primary and secondary sources into reports for sales and marketing at the provincial, area, and regional levels that are aligned with the department’s functional objectives; ensure that the department’s actions and plans are effectively implemented in order to achieve targeted sales performance in terms of revenues, penetration, positioning.

Job Description:

•  Assist Manager, Business Intelligence to collaborate with sales teams of assigned region/area to gather primary market data and information on competitors’ movements based on the 4P’s principles of marketing.

•  Interpret data, and analyze results by providing ongoing reports including daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly business performance report as well as other urgent reports required for management analysis and decision making.

•  Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.

• Assist Manager, Business Intelligence to acquire and analyze primary and secondary data (market surveys, total sales volumes, selling prices, customer satisfaction ratings, etc.), and maintain data sources.

• Assist Manager, Business Intelligence to analyze the market situation and performance of the company across all dimensions (products, prices, services, etc.).

• Closely monitor the actual results of the execution of plans and strategies in comparison with targeted achievements and prepare performance reports for each area and region.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s in statistics, econometrics, business, social sciences, or related

• Knowledge of market research and analysis

• Proven working experience as a data analyst, business data analyst, market research and other related fields.

• Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, VBA, Access, SPSS, or SAS etc)

• Strong analytical skill with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI

• Good presentation, written communications, and report-writing skills in English and Khmer.

• Good interpersonal skills.

• Good communication skills.

• Ability to think creatively and innovatively.

• Ability to work under pressure.

• Flexible to travel.
