Job Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Day-to-day operation, administration and maintenance of BS/OS systems
  • Provide front line support to users creating BSS tickets
  • Resolve tier one BSS/ OSS application cases
  • Coordinate with other IT and Technical teams on Tier 2 & 3 case resolution
  • Support end user BSS/ OSS application training material development and delivery
  • Provide end user training and execute business system information sharing and training sessions.
  • Provide monthly case reporting to management.
  • Support Network Operation Centre on 24/7standby basis to conduct system fault investigation, resolution and the necessary escalation
  • Perform system tuning, health check, alarm check, and verification checks to ensure optimal system performance and continuous uptime
  • Prepare and implement SOPs so as to ensure efficient fault management

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in a similar capacity. Experience in ISP/ Telco
  • Diploma/ Certificate in computer science/ IT
  • Knowledge in ISP related systems troubleshooting
  • Maintains honest and open relationships with end users.
  • Completes tasks effectively and efficiently, strives to complete tasks within users’ needs.
  • Able to problem solve to resolve end users challenges and/or project requirements.
  • Self-learner and starter, eager to learn new application features and functionalities.
