Commercial Relationship Manager is responsible for focusing on capturing transaction banking to grow CASA and product mix portfolios, Developing and implementing effective customer retention strategies, providing consistent advice and service that will make commercial customers satisfied by adhering to ABA’s defined service standards as a reference point all the time, and Keeping up to date with ABA’s products suite and marketing campaigns.

ob Responsibilities and duties

  • Marketing commercial products and services to deliver the set targets for deposit portfolio, primarily focus on capturing transaction banking to grow CASA and product mix portfolios.
  • Having a disciplined account strategies and call programmed with regularly developed and monitored for progress and next improved action plan.
  • Work closely with other stakeholders to acquire prospects and referrals and strive to convert the deals and aim to hit and exceed the set KPI.
  • KYC, CDD, EDD must be conducted during pitching/on-boarding process.
  • Developing and implementing effective customer retention strategies to up-tiering client set portfolios.
  • Provide consistent advice and service that will make commercial customers satisfied by adhering to ABA’s defined service standards as a reference point all the time.
  • Strictly follow compliance guideline to ensure that client on-boarding process and procedures is adhered to.
  • Consult , seek advice and confirmation from compliance and legal team for any doubtful matter/issue to avoid any compliance breach or adverse legal consequences.
  • Keep up to date with ABA’s products suite and marketing campaigns to ensure superior product knowledge so that you will have higher chance to convert new deal and uplifting existing client portfolios.
  • Attend training, workshop and session sharing related to banking/sales fields to be well-equipped and resourceful for deal conversion.
  • Participate in business network, business luncheon, customer functioning to expand sales network and referral chance.
  • Ensure the set KPI and performance expectation are met or exceeded.
