Coordinator, Sales Performance & Optimization Verified

Responsibilities:

• Generate data customers census from system daily/Weekly/Bi-Weekly basic
• Prepare all report related to customer census
• Responsible for creating and documenting the standard operating and procedure
• Coordinate with team leads as required, following and implementing direction provided by management
• Ensure all work gets properly prioritized and completed on time
• A strong commitment to internal and external quality and service to end-user
• Assist in monitoring and raise concerns on the movement of the database.
• Assist in stock inventory movement and stock take of Sales Performance and Optimization Department
• Ability to interact professionally with office staff and other internal teams
• Coordinate the internal work that links from one department to another department
• All other tasks or assignment will be assigned by Manager

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business administration (IT field preferably)
• Fresh graduate is also welcome for this position
• Computer literate: MS Office, e-mail and others are preferred
• Good written and spoken English
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good administration skill
• Able to work independently and work as a team
• As part of your job scope, you may be required to travel to provinces or cities that may happen from time to time
