Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quarterly performance of CS score
- Analyze and monitor branches CS star
- Control and follow up customers’ complaints
- Collect customer suggestion for improvement
- Identify and implement new process plan to improve customer support service
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limit and file documents
- Branches survey, visiting, training (Phnom Penh and provincial branches)
- Other tasks assigned by manager
Minimum Requirements:
- University degree in Finance and Banking or equivalent professional qualifications
- Fresh graduated or work experience in related field with financial institutes (Priority)
- Creative, dynamic, flexible, self-direct and self-motivated team player
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Good command of English, other foreign languages (Chinese or Korean) is a plus
- Computer literacy
