Key Responsibilities:
- To improve operation process of all online and offline channels
- To assist manager to manage all application forms and slips design
- To improve customer experience at all channels
- To analyze customer, transactions and channels
- To assist manager in planning and implementing operation competency
- To collate and analyze customer dissatisfaction level
- To improve customer loyalty management, customer relationship management and customer value management
- Other tasks assigned by manager
Minimum Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Banking and Finance or equivalent Professional qualifications
- At least 1 year of working experience in customer solution in MFI/Banking industry
- High proficiency spoken and written of English
- Creative, dynamic, flexible, self-direct and self-motivated team player
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Committed, hard-working, and honest individual
- Willing to work under pressure
