Description
Job Responsibility:
- Increase HR value by fully understand working processes and procedures of accounted functions and provide HR insight;
- Conduct HR analysis and suggest HR strategy;
- Work closely with line functions and employees to improve work relationships, build morality in the workplace, increase productivity and retention;
- Communicate and emphasis HR policies/procedures to employees
- Support accounted for functions by handling employee relation issue and address grievances;
- Working closely with line functions on strategic workforce planning and align with Talent Acquisition to ensure all requested headcount are filled as plan;
- Support Learning & Development section to identify competency of job role and define a capability gap for employees’ working efficiency and effectiveness;
- Align with line functions and L&D to propose training & development program based on a gap identified and need to be analyzed;
- Work closely with line functions to ensure performance guideline and processed are fully implemented;
- Guide management on disciplinary action (including termination) with the investigation (interview, collect evident, consult legal;
- Perform other related duties as assigned supervisor
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in Human Resources Manager or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in human resources management
- Good communication in the English language both writing & speaking
- Good knowledge of HR operation & disciplines, such as talent acquisition, Talent development & Learning, employee retention, labor relations, Compensation manager
- Good people management & analytic
- Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching & mentoring
- Good people and analytical skills
- Computer literacy (pivot, V-look up, PowerPoint design etc.)
- Strong presentation and report-writing skills in English and Khmer
- Strong leadership skills and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills
- Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively
- Willing to work under pressure
