+ Job Descriptions:
- To support HR operations team in recruitment process such as, posting job announcement, arranging interview appointment, Screening and Shortlisting applicants
- Conduct Screening interview if appropriate by phone or in person, assessment &test
- Conduct reference and background checks for potential candidates
- Confirm job offer to the selected candidates and notify the unsuccessfully candidate
- Notify the selected candidates to hiring managers
- Any other task as assigned by supervisor.
+ Job Requirements:
- Year 3 or 4 university student or fresh graduated in business administration or other related field
- HR training or qualification is preferred
- Able to manage multi task and deadline
- High attention to details
- Good computer skills such word, excel, Power point
- Proactive, energetic, self confident, and loyal
- Good in English and Khmer, both written and spoken
- Basic understand of human resource functions
- Volunteer or internship experiences is preferred
- Be willing to learn new senior staffs
