Key Responsibilities

  • Analyses and identifies performance gaps and learning needs, identifies training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with Department Heads and HRBPs
  • Designs and expands training and development programs based on the needs of the organization and the individual
  • Creates competency-based training programs for targeted groups, including new employees (people managers), high potential employees, and mid-level manager/successors
  • Prepares plan and budget of the program
  • Plans and assesses the ‘return on investment’ of any training or development program
  • Develops solutions to increase knowledge retention (e.g. assessments, follow up sessions, application on the job, etc.)
  • Works in a team to produce programs that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in an organization
  • Contributes to developing Cellcard’s overall L&D strategy
  • Performs other tasks as assigned by management

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Management or Business administration
  • At least 2 year experienced in training and development
  • Good knowledge in digitalization and e-learning platforms
  • English proficiency
  • Computer literacy
  • Be flexible, dynamic and team work
