Manager, Compliance

Responsibilities
 Develop and perform compliance monitoring program as per compliance indicators that are
applicable for both internal and external SPNB’s compliance obligation including existing and
new changes
 Identify and provide guidance to compliance owners for all departments/all branches in order to
integrate compliance control into existing and new business process on their request
 Investigate branches of compliance and suggest for recommendation to line manager on
corrective action to all departments and all branches
 Ensure the suspicious counterfeit banknote is properly sent to NBC for further investigation
 Create control mechanism of any possible breach of compliance
 Ensure that AML/CFT Questionnaire to or from other financial institution as well as the required
documents are properly prepared
 Ensure the Cash Transaction Report (CTR) and Suspicious Transaction Report (STR), Data
Collection on ML/FT, Risk Assessment on ML/FT and other report to regulator on the effective
and timely manner
 Ensure the transaction of high risk customer, transaction conducting through western union and
transaction of customer under watch-list are properly monitored
 Assist line manager in developing, maintaining, and reviewing policies and procedures of SPNB
on compliance, AML/CFT, Whistle-blowing and other guidelines
 Design and develop training program and material on regulations related to Financial Institution
and AML/CFT

Qualifications
 Bachelor/ Master of Social Science in Law and other related degrees
 At least 4 years of experience in Legal and compliance at law firms and any other associations
 Professionals in effective communication, result oriented and any other compliance initiatives
 Good at data analysis, reporting procedures and up-to-date Cambodia regulations
 Good at English and Microsoft Office (Words, Excel and PowerPoint)
