Summary of position:

Lead mall marketing team to develop and implement marketing plans for F&B and Entertainment in all mall project of Chip Mong Retail; contribute to the division’s growth and profitability through delivery of effective marketing initiatives and activities that drive sales turnover.

What you will do:

  • Prepare annual marketing plan, lead, and manage marketing team of F&B and Entertainment in all mall project of Chip Mong Retail on daily operations to ensure marketing objectives are achieved.
  • Manage relationships with media and the public when conflict occurs and/or when commercial expectations are not met.
  • Monitor and ensure smooth operations of Food & Beverage promotion and marketing team
  • Up-sell the F&B food and beverage. All outlet and restaurant Signature dish and new dishes are highly recommended.
  • Develop promotional materials like brochures, press releases, emails, newsletters, and other media outreach programs and communicate them to involved stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify key issues, assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives/ programs and diversify market strategy to various actions.
  • Provide regular update on the status of activities to the Director of Shopping Mall – public feedback, complaints, suggestions, etc.
  • Provide direction to ensure communication strategy and delivery actions are consistent with the overall direction of CMRT.
  • Establish work parameters (plans, budgets, targets, and resource allocations) for the team and manage their skill set to ensure that the objectives are met.
  • Develop team by providing training, counseling, evaluating performance, and promoting teamwork.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What you should have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or other related fields
  • At least 5 years proven work experience in the areas of strategic communication, Advertising, Marketing, Operations, or related areas.
  • At least 3 years of retail experience as a Marketing Manager
  • Experienced and proficient in verbal and written communication and preparing reports.
  • Understanding of consumer marketing, accounts, and contract laws
  • Knowledge of retail marketing in a shopping mall environment
  • Knowledge of advertising campaigns, press releases and the development of other strategic communications
  • Excellent communications skills, working effectively with media and the public
  • Competent in formal Report Writing and Presentation Skills
  • Demonstrated supervisory and mentoring skills
  • A team player with the ability to work independently
  • Be self-motivated and performance focused
