Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage Chairman calendar/appointment, deal with incoming email, and make appointment on behalf of Chairman;
• Be a focal point of contact with people inside and outside the company with good hospitality;
• Organize meetings and take minutes.
• Deal with private and confidential information on a daily basis.
• Arrange travel, visa, flight booking, transfers, travel insurance and accommodation.
• Maintain contact lists and task lists for Chairman as necessary;
• Provide general administrative support to Chairman.
*Compensation
• $600 – $1,000 based on experience.
• All holidays are follow Cambodia Labor Law

REQUIREMENT
Requirements
• Bachelor degree or higher
• Be able to work flexible hours
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Good command of English and Khmer language
• Organizational skills and the ability to multitasks
• Knowledgeable in word, excel, power point and on social media
• Trustworthy and Honest.
• Be able to travel from time to time
