Duties and Responsibilities

• Initiate Monthly/Quarterly POSM & Branding Material production Qty to each region
• Work closely with all BCs /Sales for POSM monthly usage
• Work closely with procurement team to follow all production Leadtime to be on time
• POSM and branding material PR
• Request material code for POSM/Branding Material
• The support sales team for production localize promotion POSM support…Banner or Poster
• Coordinate with the brand team for artworks
• Work close with Warehouse team for Delivery timeline/stock in stock out
• Work with OA team, for POSM updated for each region and monthly stock count at regional
• WIP Report updated by weekly
• POSM stock update by weekly generate from SAP
• Check stock and POSM review regularly to follow up Sales to uses those stock on time 
• And another assigned task by Manager

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Sales or related field
• At least three years of experience in branding and/or related area.
• Ms. Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Social media network (Facebook, YouTube, Blog, LINE, Instagram …)
• Good in English – writing, reading, speaking, and listening
• Good level in Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong presentation, written communications, and report-writing skills in English and Khmer
• Ability to think creatively and innovatively (Recommended)
• Flexible to travel
