Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage operation on handle and support all enterprise issues, processes, procedures, transactions, policies..etc
  • Conduct the gaps and mistake report that did by post-paid back office agent and finalize how to make it better
  • Manage team to operate day to day tasks for enterprise team such as new post-paid line register, contract scanning, contract renaming, changes activity to all post-paid lines
  • Manage/allocate workforce to handle the workload within the unit/group according to the company strategy, employees’ job descriptions and individual targets
  • Monitoring back office post-paid group performance and take appropriate measurements with target setting
  • Offering immediate solutions/supports to subordinates/customers forwarded from channels such as front office, enterprise team and contact center
  • Shift planning, organizing, preparing schedule, organizing meetings, events, briefing. and day to day managing back office post-paid operation
  • Define customer treatment processes and procedures, training and products sharing to subordinates
  • Guaranteed an immediate support to all smart shops for consumer postpaid matters and post-paid hotline
  • Checking and investigating subscription and other forms as well as records for various corporate sales purposes
  • Assist and coordinate with corporate sales and billing teams
  • Assist controlling staff in maintaining inventory records
  • Prepare and reconcile customer balances by running FAs and other internal document
  • Do daily, weekly and monthly report for HCS, CMO, CEO
  • Complete all the assigned tasks by the manager as per management decision.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree
  • At least 3-5 years relevant working experience
  • High motivation and ability to work independent
  • Telecom experience is an advantage
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft office)
  • Good communication with all related departments
  • Fluently in English and Khmer both writing and speaking
  • Good at management and leadership skill.
