- Update current and design new recruitment procedures
- Conduct recruitment process and report to the top management
- Keep track of recruiting metrics
- Implement new sourcing methods
- Review recruitment system and suggest the best option for the company need
- Research and choose job advertising options
- Advise hiring position on reviewing techniques
- Recommend ways to improve ALLWEB recruitment value proposition
- Build the recruitment’s professional network through relationship with HR professional, colleges and other recruitment partner
- Understanding computer science job is a plus
Job Requirements
- University graduate or equivalence certificate
- 2+ year of experiences related to recruitment with IT company
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills
- Independent and self-motivated
- Excellent written and verbal professional English
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Quick learning and ability to adapt to different environments
