Job Description
– Allocating the Sales Target into individual sales target for sales-team-members.
– Controlling daily & weekly the Sales Target of Sales Team to be achieved individually.
– Building the Customer/Dealer Communication to develop the new dealer/customer’s Sales Account and maintain the registered dealers/customers.
– Working with Sales Operation Manager to set out the sales strategies & tactics to achieve the sales team’s goal & objective.
– Following the Sales Funnel Process to make the close-sales effectively.
– Designing & observing the Route-map of Sales Executive Team to sell & achieve daily sales target successfully.
– Controlling the Sales Executive’s Daily Sales Action Plan & Target Achievement.
– Supporting the Sales Executive to build the Sales Communication to develop the new dealers/customers.
– Observing & controlling the Sales Closing and delivery process to satisfy the customer’s requirement.
– Arranging the Sales-Admin-Documents to submit to Sales Operation Manager properly.
– Working & solving the sales problems with the sales team to protect the risk of sales result.
– Preparing & submitting the Sales Report by Individual sales, by Sales Territory and by Sales Channel to Sales Operation Manager monthly.
– Participating in the sales team to analyze the sales report monthly.
– Other duties are pertaining to the sales department, which are assigned more by SOM.
Job Requirements
– Education: BBA graduation in major of Management, Marketing or Equivalent.
– Experience: 3 years’ experience in FMCG, DCG or other industries.
– Languages: English or Chinese (priority for selection).
– Computer: Ms. Office (Word, Excel & PWP)
– Leadership: Result-Based & Target Achievement
– Management Skill: Problem Solution & Team Management
– Mental & Physical Ability: Smart & Flexible and Strong & Good Health
– Attitude: Respectful & Social Morality
– Reporting Skill: shall be comprehensive.
– Work Condition: Under-pressure & Team Work
