Control IT support area to ensure best solutions come on time to address users and other relevant problems over active participation in all activities of support team. Periodical reporting on all activities ongoing in the team’s area

+ Job Descriptions:

  • Supervise the tasks in support team and ensure smooth and timely execution of relevant operations;
  • Making periodical report on end-user computing area health status in Smart;
  • Monitor support team KPIs and foster a timely issues closure;
  • Provide an ultimate view to the immediate manager a current status of pending tasks;
  • Review current practices and propose enhancement paths;
  • Initiate innovative solutions deployment;
  • Control IT stock;
  • Prepare maintenance plans with applicable execution control;
  • Setup knowledge sharing sessions;
  • Entrusted system and areas:
    • Callcenter users’ support (IP phone setup, headsets check and replacement etc);
    • PABX operations;
    • Printers check and setup;
  • Submitting of broken equipment to suppliers;
  • Periodical PCs maintenance and general IT environment checks in Phnom Penh and provinces;
  • Other relevant tasks assigned by head of IT infrastructure, CIO and CEO;

Job Requirements:

  • High attention to details;
  • Proactive, energetic, self confident;
  • Good in English, both written and spoken;
  • Proven self-starter;
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • 2 years of PC user support and stock control experience is a must;
  • Managerial experience of a team is a must;
  • List of achievements is a must.
  • University graduated in IT field
  • Computer general
  • Manager skills
