Job Requirement

• University degree in General Management or other related fields
• At least 3-5 years of professional experiences in related field
• Qualified as Toyota Diagnosis Technician level or equivalent
• Good knowledge of communication skill
• Good teamwork and interpersonal skill
• Willing to share experience and best practice to trainees and other staffs
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point 

Job Description

• Set up the yearly training schedule based on technician grading
• Develop and prepare the training module and training materials
• Conduct the training based on training calendar
• Evaluate and monitor the training result of Technician both classroom and on job training
• Research the advance technology from Toyota Motor Corporation or other source to provide the special course as needed
• Provide the Automotive Fundamental course for new entry technician and related staff
• Monthly report the training result to the training manager for service training Key Performance Indicators and certification request if needed
• Other job as per assigned by Assistant Manager/ Manager
