Responsibility:  

❖Provides answers to clients by identifying problems; researching answers; guiding client through corrective steps. 
❖Accommodates client disabilities by recommending devices and techniques. 
❖Maintains client confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential. 
❖Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. 
❖Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports. 
❖Walk staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues. 
❖Rapidly establish a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, such as software developers 
❖Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment. 
❖Other tasks from manager

Requirement:  

❖At least 2 or 3-year experience. 
❖Excellent listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact confidently with clients to establish what the problem is and explain the solution 
❖Problem solving skills and strong customer focus
