<p>This role is responsible for servicing the clients who come to the branch counter. The incumbent will build a thorough understanding of each client’s financial requirements and will focus on providing the best services to retain and build deeper relationships with clients.</p>



<h4 class="wp-block-heading">Main Duties</h4>



<ul class="wp-block-list"><li>Process banking transaction for the customers following FTB service standards</li><li>Act as a key advocate to existing and potential customers</li><li>Proactively determine customer’s need to actively sell the bank’s full range of product and services</li><li>Keep updated on product knowledge and policies</li><li>Ensure transactional processing is efficient and accurate</li><li>Assist others where needed</li></ul>



<h4 class="wp-block-heading">Job Requirements</h4>



<ul class="wp-block-list"><li>Bachelor Degree in Banking or related field</li><li>One year of experience in customer service, cashier/teller with banking/MFIs</li><li>Strong customer service and sales-oriented personality</li><li>Good organizational and time management skills</li><li>A strong desire to work in a team</li><li>English language proficiency, the Chinese language is a plus</li><li>Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Word &amp; Excel</li></ul>

<ul class="wp-block-list"><li>Handle the customer question, complaints and billing with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism.</li><li>Offers alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining customer&#8217;s benefits.</li><li>Handle work transactions in connection with activation of new customer accounts in BS2 system.</li><li>Answers customer requests or inquiries concerning services, billing, claims, and reports problem areas.</li><li>Responsible for improving customer retention through programs and service provided to the Customer.</li><li>Make recommendations according to customer’s needs on features, accessories, and upgrades service plan.</li><li>Respond to customers in a polite and courteous manner, especially in stressful situations.</li></ul>



<p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p>



<ul class="wp-block-list"><li>At least 1 years working experienced with related field.</li><li>Language proficiency in English, Chinese speaking ability is an advantage,</li><li>Good computer knowledge – MS Office.</li><li>Experience with ISP/telecom/IT market is advantaged.</li><li>Strong customer focus with experience with superior negotiation skills and billing skills.</li></ul>

<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p>



<ul class="wp-block-list"><li>Provide first level Technical guidance and assistance to EZECOM Customers on the phone, to resolve technical Issues with EZECOM provided services.</li><li>Assist EZECOM Customers on the phone with other enquiries.</li><li>Communicate professionally with EZECOM Customers (potential Customers) by Phone, E-Mail &amp;SMS.</li><li>Be prompt to perform actions to assist EZECOM Customers.</li><li>Well follow-up with Colleagues to provide best service to EZECOM Customers.</li><li>Report customer’s complaints or request or suggestion to Call Center Supervisor.</li><li>Escalate issues and concerns to Supervisor and Managers as required.</li><li>Maintain good communication with other EZECOM Staff.</li><li>Well escalation and follow up the pending case with related departments or section</li><li>Other task assign by Manager and Head of Department.</li></ul>



<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>



<ul class="wp-block-list"><li>Experience with Modem, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, Router, Switches, VPN, Firewall, Fibre Optic and other internet related technologies.</li><li>Ability to communicate in Chinese</li><li>Experience with common Computer Operating Systems and Internet Related Applications. eg; Microsoft Windows, Internet Explorer, E-Mail etc.</li><li>Experience in a Customer Service related field of work.</li><li>Ability to Solve Problems.</li><li>Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills for both Khmer and English (verbal &amp; written).</li><li>Punctual, Patient and Enthusiastic.</li><li>Flexible to work on a rotating schedule and able to work under pressure.</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a Team environment.</li><li>Ability to learn quickly and willing to show initiative.</li><li>Male or Female (People with disabilities are encouraged to apply).</li></ul>

<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><br> Monitor to initiate policy in order to improve the customer experience or service quality of all<br>banking channels<br> Establish frameworks, mechanisms, strategies and plans to align the bank’s service quality with<br>shareholder’s direction as well as the growth of the bank’s business<br> Analyze and monitor service quality of all bank channels and communicate to channel owners<br>for certain actions for improvement<br> Monitor and facilitate other departments or channel owners to set other standards or guidelines<br>at their respective departments or channels for better quality and experience<br> Support other departments or channels owners to establish various procedures, guidelines or<br>standards for better service quality<br> Cooperate and facilitate complaint and channel owners to resolve customer complaints and<br>request for certain actions to minimize those complaints or improve it<br> Monitor and feedback at high level how those complaints have been resolved<br> Contribute any respective feedbacks or suggestions which may give additional value to existing<br>products, services, processes, images and similarity<br> Any ad-hoc assignment or project<br></p>



<p><strong>Qualifications</strong><br> Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or related degrees<br> At least 3-4 years of working experience in banking industry related to customer experience<br> Good at result driven attitude<br> Good at management skills, outstanding organization and strong customer service<br> Good at English and Microsoft Office (Words, Excel and PowerPoint)<br></p>
