<p>Reporting to Chief of Compliance, the primary functions of the position are to ensuring that the Operating framework meets internal &amp; external requirement especially Cambodia Law, Regulation of NBC and CAFIU.</p>



<h4 class="wp-block-heading">Main Duties</h4>



<ul class="wp-block-list"><li>Assist to implement and administer anti-money laundering and countering financing of terrorism(AML/CFT) policies and procedures</li><li>Assist in the compliance function of the trust-related business</li><li>Conduct Client Due Diligence for onboarding of new clients, including screening client through World-Check and another on-line search</li><li>Facilities, and verification of client KYC documents</li><li>Perform client risk profile to assign an AML risk rating to structures and undertake periodic review of files based on clients AML risk rating</li><li>Assist organize meetings with business heads with regards to compliance matters, including risk management</li><li>Assist with compilation of data and preparation of reports for submission to Compliance Manager</li><li>Carry out compliance monitoring program to ensure that the business is conducted in accordance with Group AML/CFT policies and procedures</li><li>Assist to Complete AML questionnaire for correspondent banks, RMA banks, Vostro and Nostro Account, and other local banks</li><li>Oversee FATCA / CRS registration and reporting</li><li>Participate in projects to give Compliance perspective</li><li>Maintain Register of High-Risk Clients, and monitor the transactions of such clients</li><li>Deliver and track AML training to all staff</li><li>Keep Senior Management up to date with new developments in the regulatory environment</li><li>Ad hoc duties/projects as assigned by senior management</li></ul>



<h4 class="wp-block-heading">Job Requirements</h4>



<ul class="wp-block-list"><li>&nbsp;BA/Master in law, finance, ACCA, business administration or related field</li><li>3 to 5 years related work experience within the financial services industry</li><li>Experience in AML/CFT regulations would be an advantage</li><li>Good written and oral communication skills in English and Mandarin</li><li>Self-motivated and meticulous attention to details</li><li>Team player with a high degree of professional integrity, and a can-do attitude</li></ul>

<p>Job Description • Administration and coordination for all compliance training in DKSH Cambodia as assigned by superior<br>• Gather and prepare relevant information to assist in spot check activities and reviews where risk and compliance policies, procedures and processes are not observed<br>• Support Compliance risk assessment activities in DKSH Cambodia as assigned by superior<br>• Support superior in organizing and coordinating compliance spot check and activities review in the country<br>• Support third party risk assessment, screening and due diligence in DKSH Cambodia as assigned by superior<br>• Follow up and coordinating of implementation status with all stakeholders based on the predefined scope of the year on Conflict of Interest (COI) declaration in DKSH Cambodia</p>

<ul class="wp-block-list"><li><strong>Responsibilities</strong></li><li>Develop and enhance digital banking system policies, user manual and standard operating procedure for the departments</li><li>Manage all digital banking system incidents report are developed properly and provide the report to the head of the department to review</li><li>Conduct switching over exercise between DC and DR at least twice a year</li><li>Review and maintain all change request documents (system change request, user change request and user acceptance</li><li>Develop and maintain user access control matrixes of the CMS and IB/MB system as well as other digital related system</li><li>Review on the document of changes mentioned above in every three months</li><li>Conduct periodic review on the user access roles in every three months</li><li>Implement system hardening as per advised by Information security team with proper testing before moving to production</li><li>Manage the daily, weekly and monthly backup of CMS, IB/MB systems and other digital related systems to make sure the backup is well done</li><li>Perform monthly data restoration testing with proper reports</li><li>Ensure PCI compliance as well as internal and external audit</li><li>Other tasks assigned by line manager</li></ul>



<ul class="wp-block-list"><li><strong>Qualifications</strong></li><li>Bachelor/ Master’s degree in Information Technology, Information Security, Cyber security, and other related degrees</li><li>At least 4 years of working experience related to Information Security, IT auditing or IT Quality Assurance</li><li>Knowledge and experienced with security regulations and standards including NIST, SANS, PCI, ISO/IEC, CIS, IT policy development and gap analysis, quality inspection, auditing, testing and implementation of corrective action programs</li><li>Detail oriented skill and customer service orientation skill</li><li>Good at English and Microsoft Office (Words, Excel and PowerPoint)</li></ul>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h4>



<ul class="wp-block-list"><li>Assist Senior Manager in developing/revising policies/guidelines/processes mentioned in summary roles and submit to the senior manager for the review and approval</li><li>Follow up and monitor the progresses of actions taken responding to the result of identified deficiencies/recommendations and submit the reports to the senior manager for review and approval</li><li>Conduct on-site independent testing/inspection related to the summary roles and submit report to the senior manager for review and approval</li><li>Perform and monitor regular/ad-hoc tasks related to the summary roles and prepare/review the reports and submit to the (senior) manager for the review and approval</li><li>Prepare/update training materials and propose for the trainings schedule/plan to the senior manager for the review and approval; where applicable</li><li>Prepare, review and update the quarterly performance report against annual compliance management plan and/or other related planning and submit to the senior manager for the review and approval</li><li>Assist (senior) manager in preparing/revising the annual compliance management plan</li></ul>



<h4 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Minimum Requirements:</strong></h4>



<ul class="wp-block-list"><li>University degree in law, auditing or equivalent professional qualifications</li><li>At least 2 years of working experience in related field; risk management is a plus.</li><li>Khmer and English communication in verbal and writing; Korean is plus.</li><li>Management and communication skills</li><li>Planning and organizational skills</li><li>Flexible, reliable, committed and attention to details</li><li>Self-motivated with an appetite to learn</li><li>Computer literacy</li></ul>

<h4 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h4>



<ul class="wp-block-list"><li>Prepare the monthly operational risk management dashboard and submit to Assistant Manager for review</li><li>Review the loss event submitted by branch and department, identify the weakness of the control, and further discuss with the assistant manager for the recommendation</li><li>Review the monthly Key Risk Indicator (“KRI”) submitted by involved department, monitor the current risk status, and further discuss with the assistant manager for action to be taken.</li><li>Facilitate/work with business units in conducting risk controls self-assessment “RCSA”</li><li>Assist assistant manager collecting necessary information for developing relevant operational risk guidelines</li><li>Assist in ad hoc administrative tasks assigned by assistant manager and manager</li></ul>



<h4 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>Minimum Requirements:</strong></h4>



<ul class="wp-block-list"><li>University degree in Law, finance &amp; banking, Accounting, or equivalent</li><li>At least 2 years of working experience in Compliance with Bank, law firm, or MFI is preferred</li><li>Planning and organizational skills</li><li>Self-motivated with an appetite to learn</li><li>High proficiency spoken and written of English</li><li>Good analytical and interpersonal skills</li><li>Computer literacy</li></ul>
