<p>Position:&nbsp;<strong>Field Promoter/Salesman</strong><br>Location: Kampong Cham, Kampong Thom, Kampong Chhnang, Preah Vihear, Kratie, Stung Traeng, Takeo, Kampot, and Banteay Meanchey province.<br>Schedule: Full-time<br>Salary: 350$-500$ based on experience.</p>



<p><strong>Duties</strong></p>



<ul class="wp-block-list"><li>Promote the company’s pesticides and fertilizer products to retailers and end-users.</li><li>Conduct field demonstrations of the pesticide and fertilizer products with end-users on their farms.</li><li>Disseminate information (technical) of the pesticide products to end-users and retailers.</li><li>Conduct forums or dialogue sessions with end user groups to promote the company’s pesticide products.</li><li>Sell pesticide and fertilizer products to retailers and end-users / assist to make an order to retailers/end-users</li><li>Conduct surveys/collect information of the market, competitions and other matters to assist the company to expand the business.</li></ul>



<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>



<ul class="wp-block-list"><li>Ability to communicate in English (speaking and writing). Proficiency limited to simple conversation and writing. Candidate will be encouraged and supported to attend English proficiency classes if required and when hired.&nbsp;</li><li>Recognised qualification in agriculture/horticulture preferred but not essential if candidate has agricultural experiences gained from informal training or employment with agriculture-based companies such as plantations, farms or pesticides distributors.</li><li>Knowledge of crops, plant pests and diseases, pesticides essential</li><li>Have organisational skills such as ability to conduct demonstration of the company’s products to end users and to arrange for and conduct forums/dialogue sessions with end users</li><li>Able to be to travel to provinces</li><li>Fresh graduate is encouraged.</li></ul>

<p><strong>Job Responsibility:&nbsp;</strong></p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Job Description</h2>



<ul class="wp-block-list"><li>Promote Amret products and brand name among targeted communities and potential clients for IC, SME loans and savings products in assigned operating area with a view to delivering clear, transparent and accurate information to each client</li><li>Provide clients in target areas with financial planning and consultation on IC, SME loans and savings products to ensure quality payments and savings plans</li><li>Understand and apply credit policies and processes including analysis of client business risk and environmental and social risk to achieve quantity and quality objectives</li><li>Check loan repayment schedule daily to ensure reimbursements are on time and problems promptly solved</li><li>Follow up disbursements to make sure that the status of clients is updated and any problems promptly solved</li><li>Provide services to clients based on good communication and ethical behavior</li><li>Build and maintain good relationships with clients, local authorities and related networks</li><li>Provide on-the-job training, coaching and support on loan implementation procedures and effective client relationships to ensure that newly assigned Credit Officers have a good understanding of loan policies and processes</li><li>File documents and cash clearance records to ensure that daily transactions comply with credit, treasury and internal control policies and procedures.</li></ul>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Job Requirements</h2>



<ul class="wp-block-list"><li>Degree in banking, finance, marketing or related field;</li><li>Experience in banking or MFI industry at least 1 years in sales and 1 year as credit officer;</li><li>Good verbal and written communication in both Khmer and English;</li><li>Good computer literacy.</li><li>High commitment and able to work under pressure.</li></ul>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Job Description</h3>



<p>S/he is responsible for the processing of handling disputes, reversal transaction, investigation of fact findings to align legal and regulatory requirements as well as internal rules which is applied for general dispute in frontline operations. The Dispute Resolution Specialist will work closely with customers (sender/depositor and receiver) and other personnel at all levels to resolve disputes within committed timeframe.</p>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Job Description</h3>



<ul class="wp-block-list"><li>Receiving disputes from customers via Contact Center, Branch, NBC and/or other interactive channels.</li><li>Conciliating disputes between service providers and consumers to help them find resolutions.</li><li>Managing and allocating the dispute(s) to right &amp; dedicated teams (sections).</li><li>Identifying key issues arising from a dispute, and gathering and analyzing relevant information.</li><li>Undertaking formal investigations.</li><li>Using bank system and knowledge, actively investigate customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.</li><li>Following up with internal relevant teams.</li><li>Contacting customers to inform them about the dispute resolution cycle, and asking for information and supporting documents.</li><li>Reporting immediately on any urgent case(s) which is required to be fixed to comply with bank operation and policy and fulfill customers’ needs.</li><li>Ensuring that all disputes are received and acknowledged by the complaint owner and keep complainant (complaint raiser) the progress of resolution.</li><li>Highly securing the customer’s confidentiality.</li><li>Preparing reports and other assigned tasks.</li></ul>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Skill and Requirement</h3>



<ul class="wp-block-list"><li>Excellent communication skills in English and Khmer (verbal and written) and can speaking Chinese is a plus.</li><li>Interpersonal skills with the ability to influence outcomes.</li><li>Knowledge of information technology.</li><li>Attention to details and critical thinking skills.</li><li>Skills in supporting business development planning, documentation and implementation.</li><li>High level analytical skills with the ability to think literally and the flexibility to be able to work in an environment of change.</li><li>Teamworking spirit and able to work independently.</li><li>Previous banking experience and handling customer&#8217;s dispute is a plus.</li></ul>
