Senior IT Infrastructure Specialist

This job contributes to the Company success by assisting the IT Manager to maintain and enhance the company operation systems covering the office and all stores in Cambodia.  Models and acts in accordance with the group’s guiding principles.

Role and responsibility:
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Setup data backup & restoration test planning to make sure for disaster recovery capability of IT system and ERP server farm.
• Setup preventive maintenance plan for IT system and ERP server farm.
• Preventive maintenance and administer on core IT system and ERP server farm, plus monitor ERP server health and performance.
• Perform monthly basis for ERP database re-index and provide recommendation on ERP server farm enhancement if needed.
• Implement, coordinate and support on new infrastructure enhancement project.
• Primary contact on infrastructure system for vendor and facilitate system enhancement/requirement with local/oversea vendor.
• Provide system support to core users/vendor on IT Infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot functionality on IT system with proper guideline and documentation record.
• Coordinate between business owner and vendor on infrastructure enhancement project.
• Facilitate on resource planning, scope of work defining and budgeting for infrastructure development milestone.
• Provide training on new deployment of using IT infrastructure system.
• Facilitate in end user policy revision on using IT infrastructure.
• Manage documentation on any changing of IT infrastructure in proper manner for each specific revised version.
• Prepare IT infrastructure diagram and maintain it with each specific updated version.

Requirement:

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 5 yrs. hands-on experience in IT system and infrastructure management.
• Experience with SolarWinds monitoring system.
• Solid experience in windows server implementation and configuration.
• Capability and full experience in server administration.
• Ability to manage complex server farm environment with proper maintenance.
• Strong on virtualization system environment.
• Strong on backup solution system for IT infrastructure.
• Fairly experience with SQL server and database environment.
• Fairly understanding of IT system security.
• Able to work at night-time for ERP system maintenance occasions.

• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, system, network, printer & scanner
• Troubleshooting user issue
• maintenance and monitor computer network and system
• Understanding LAN, WAN, & WIFI Unify network
• Understanding remote desktop and remote support tool
• Basic understanding of switching/routing on Cisco device
• Knowledge of Windows 10 clients, Windows server 2012 and above
• Basic understanding of SQL server 2014 or above
• Good communication skill
