Stock Officer

Job Responsibilities:

Check all material slips with SAP system report.
Compare material levels with SAP records.
Create materials receipt (GR)
Create materials issue for usage at the site.
Submit inventory or material document to relate department
Control material BOQ before create materials issue to site
Physical Count Inventory.
Block Stock for Damaged goods and/or inadequate quality.
Prepare reports of inventory balance.
Clarified material return with the site and system.
Manage materials management inside the warehouse.
Understand and enforce the safety policy and regulations.
Maintain stock records using manual/computerized systems.
Prepare reports on adjustments to inventories, spoilt or damaged stock and changes in stock location.
Perform other duties as assigned by Senior Officer and/or Supervisor.

Job Requirement:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, or related field.
At least 1-2 years of experience in inventory management and/or warehouse management or a related area.
knowledge of Inventory management
Knowledge of warehouse management
Knowledge of accounting
Microsoft Offices
Written communication, and report-writing skills in English and Khmer
Ability to think creatively and innovatively
Ability to work under pressure

Key Responsibilities

Coordinates with vendors for spare part repairing and maintenance services
Ensures all goods transactions are submitted to head office on time
Assists procurement process and ensure in-house operation system is properly updated
Coordinates and expedites the purchase orders and ensures products are delivered on time
Works closely with Logistics team on all inbound and outbound shipments
Keeps all tracking warehouse report
Escalate the issue raised by related team
Performs other tasks as assigned by management team

Job Requirements

Degree in Engineering, IT or related fields
